I've tried to apply as an exchange student to United States when I was in high school. But poor me, I couldn't pass the last-minute test. I do really want to try again this year, and I hope I won't fail again :D Yes, I think it will be fun to know another culture well. And I do hope you'll be accepted to become an exchange student! :)

I think you would learn a lot by doing this, friends of mine used to always have exchange students from China, and they really became part of the family, I can remember they used to always bring them to a country music gig that I used to go to and these friends were an elderly couple, they just liked to help the students out, they were always such lovely young people.

I really hope I get the grant and when I do I just hope that people there would be friends with me. Thank you for your response!

That is really cool! I have never experienced being an exchanged student but I heard that it is really a great experience to be one. My friend became an exchange student in Korea, and she said everyone was really kind to her. She stayed there for several months, and she really enjoyed the whole experience.

I am an Italian student right now and I'm planning to study at University in Scotland next year. Then I want to try to move in Eastern Asia, too. I think it'd be a really useful and beautiful experience, I want to travel as much as I can and meet people from all over the world. It's a chance to really learn things important for life and to open your mind to other cultures. Hope you'll succeed in your application :)
