Reliance Broadband waste

Reliance Broadband has useless system at their customer service centers. Their software doesn't allow customers to migrate from one plan to another where both the plans are in the same category. There is some bloody matrix and only according to that they can change. What a crap. In this advanced world of technology such foolish systems. I am stuck up with their internet service here. I need to switch to some other connection. I am from Trivandrum, Kerala. any suggestions??
