i am not able to follow my diet plan this day

for two consecutive days i was able to eat according to my plan. that is to eat only fruits and no rice and other breads. but this day i have given in to the temptation to eat rice. but later i will not eat any more rice. i will just indeed limit my food intake or not eat all not unless it is just fruits. i just want to stay healthy and want to do it badly. maybe i could do some couple of exercise to speed up my metabolism and weight loss.

It's a good diet to eat fruits rather than rice. But make sure to eat brown bread and not the ordinary ones, because ordinary breads can also make you fat. Eating fruits and other healthy food are good for diet, but it is better to eat rice once in a while. Maybe once in a week is okay so you will not crave for it too much. But of course, make sure that you will only eat a small portion.

temptation is part of life :) EVEN IN diet temptation still do exist. Don't worry about it, rice is a good source of Carbohydrates, it is still okay to eat rice even you're in a diet since carbo is needed in our brain. Just don't eat too much rice, maybe a half rice will do. :D
