How can we protect our eyes from computer radiation?

While working using computer for almost 8 hours everyday.. I can feel that my eyes get easily tired... What can i supposed to do....?

hi friend you better use a lcd or led monitor its more good ,..and less power is more good for you eyes than crt monitors,...............

so u better reduce its brightness,...you should use the monitor in bright light tat means ur room light is higher than the monitor light....

The best is to go to an optician as they can make sure everything is fine with your eyes and give you a pair of glasses or lenses depending on what works best for you with a built in filter that helps relax your eyes. A simple thing to do is to try and allow your eyes to rest for a few minutes every now and again by looking away from your monitor at something that is far off, if you have a window just look outside every now and then, this changes the angle of focus of your eyes, it uses different muscles and allows the eye to recover from the constant glare of the screen.

i suppose you have heard about some devices for anti radiation u can add anti radiation screen to your monitor

yeah... thnks for that advice.. but i think it's not necessary because the screen has it's own radiation filter.. maybe because of the heat come from outside and since we're not turning the aircon on.. i can feel the heat of the computer screen affecting my eyes..

I guess you can have a radiation screen on your monitor screen/you can wear an anti-fatigue lens (eyeglasses) which can be bought in optical center.
