Do you feel such hot in joints inside of your body?

i feel it,but not pain.Just feeling hot inside like in my joints part,and especially in my hands like if i am typing here and the hot inside start it..
I dont know, if exercise it,will also gone..
Maybe the position of my body something my joints did not work it well?but if i exercise is okay?

Judging from what you said, it is a feeling of hot... I think it may be fatigue. when you are typing, maybe your hand position or angle is not right. this will cause your nerve to be over straining. After some time, you may have certain disease though. It is best for you to check whether the way you use mouse and key board is right or not. you can always search the internet for the right posture when using the keyboard and mouse. Please do so before it's too late.

Thank you for the advice.Yes i did t search i need to practice ho w to sit itt right during typing here or in the computer..
Sometimes i did not set it right and also do not have propper sitting.
