do some heavy work so that i can do some exercise so that i can lose some weight. i am just going to cut down a bit on my internet use so that i can give some time to my health and have a healthy body. so i am determined to do some exercise daily. but i will make not sure i won't make my body dead tired so that i won't easily get fed up of doing this daily.

That's a great commitment statement. I used to be an athlete - volleyball, badminton, swimming & running. But I stop being physically active 10 years ago :( Now, I am 10 kgs heavier. I am too lazy to do some work -out, my metabolism was too slow. I always have a commitment statement about exercising but I never kept it. I wish that you can make it. Yes, as much as possible, we should do some exercises so that our body will be healthy always. A sedentary life can lead to so many diseases. So, even if you are always on the computer, see to it that you also allot a time for exercises or to do some chores that could really shake the body.
