Hi mylot people! I have been unemployed for a month now. I am wanting to try the real estate agent or broker job. Do I need a license to become one? Any tips from someone in the industry?

Real estate business is very good in certain cities and regions. To do well in the business, one has to have the right expertise and knowledge like any other trades. You would need to attend some courses to know the business, and for successfully getting the license, I would think.

You should investigate further, and you should know better if you really want this job. Definitely you need a real estate license to become an agent, and you probably need to pay a lot of money to take the test too. There were many courses you can take, either from the state or from school. I hope that you have a better luck on this.
