Many complain about depression, conflict, lack of time to take rest and relax. One has to measure his capacity of physical health and mental health. Trying to occupy oneself beyond the capacity or possibility will lead to tension and conflict. One needs to face life with tranquillity. Choose those activities which will not lead you to lose but succeed. Many times we uselessly strain ourselves invain to lose double and spend more money for the treatment. Prevention is better than cure. The family members must demand for the collaboration more than one can afford to

You said it very well that one needs to face life with tranquillity. There are different ways to achieve tranquillity, and one will have different preferences for it. My most preferred way is to practise mindfulness meditation. I have been practising meditation for some years now, and that very much helps bringing mental tranquillity.
