He had his last bottle and then rested in peace...

Last Sunday, my girlfriends and I together with our Uncles chilled out. We went to a Karaoke bar. We sang and drank. I was not supposed to be there with them but Uncle June called me in my cellphone and asked me to join them. I was already dressed up to meet other friends but I chose to join Uncle and the group instead. Earlier I notice Uncle June was so silent. He did not say a word. He kept on smiling at us and just laughed so hard when he finds something so funny. Whenever we say we don't want to drink more, he would say "last bottle!" We really had a great time. He made us drink and sing to death! In the next day, when I was on my way to the office I was already bothered that they might ask me out again. And I was relieved not to see or receive a message from any of the them when I got home. I was half asleep that night when I received a message saying that Uncle June passed away. I was so sad that my tears fell... At least, he had fun, enjoyed a lot and even had his LAST BOTTLE. What do you think? Should we at least be thankful he died peacefully? Have ever experienced losing a friend you spent time with and eventually die the next day?
