Just a quick question, and I’m hoping someone clued in on Paypal can help me.
I have googled this, and I have searched it on the Paypal website, and I have even rang them to speak to someone on the phone, but my mind still isn’t settled.
I’m buying something off someone, but it is just a person. She has no website, and does not operate on Ebay either. So I’m just buying something off her as a person.
She was going to send me a money request through.. but how would I be covered if I never received the items?
Does she need to send me through an invoice instead?
Thanks!

Well I don't really understand what you asking about? Proof? Well one time I had this situation I bought something from someone and this person was just person without any website or something. When I did not get what I ordered I complaint to paypal. And within 3 weeks I have received my money back.

how did you pay for it though? did you just send them the money?? or did they request the money from you??
i'm worried, because she sent me a money request for services! and its not services, its goods.. so if i never recieve the item, and i complain to paypal.. i maybe won't be able to get my money back because i have no proof that i didn't recieve the services.. you know?

I would have thought it might be best to get an invoice just to be on the safe side. I am not sure how she would do it through paypal though........?
