A man after accomplishing all worldly pleasures thinks that he shall end his life with the sanction of the law.Is it right for him to think so without imputing him the stigma of suicide. Is the STATE entitled to grant such a sanction as to permit a man to terminate his life voluntarily with all the blessings of law.Where a nation cannot give life can it take life out of a person except under the penal laws?
