gym Vs jogging

Which one is best or a lean guy... Actually in GYm we have equipments which will increase the arm power however i heard usually people go to gym to reduce weight Can u give me insights on what will happen? Can u guide me which one is good

Well it really depends what your goals are! If you want to remain lean (like you've declared) then running and adapting to a new diet, especially one with a lot of water, will help you to remain slim and slender! If you want to pack on some mass and become more toned or built, then the gym in the best for you because you can do cardio (jogging) and you can lift weights! At the gym, you can improve your strength and increase your muscle mass after repetition!

What all activities we need to do in order to put on weight as m damn concerned to have some flush under my belly I wanna have a clear view on various acts which we can perform in gym to get some pack

I used to go to the gym before, but now I have pretty much stopped. I prefer going jogging because that is more refreshing with the fresh environment all along the way. I now go jogging in the park near my house in the evenings after I get back home from my work.

gym is better compare to jogging but don't if i were you, if you want, just put a punching bag on your gym since it is a good form of exercise where sweat is running out of the skin, promoting good health.
