Just recently, i had posted a topic asking Filipinos if they are proud of being a Filipino. Many have answered with a booming yes... Thank God for the Filipino's capability of managing poverty thru comical strength, thank God for Manny Pacquiao, thank God for beauty queens! What have you, as a regular Juan, contributed to our nation's pride? We can only be proud for what WE have achieved right?

i haven't done anything to contribute to my nation's pride. but i am proud to be filipino because we have been through hardships and still be happy through it all. we can't be easily brought down, we are tough survivors!

i believe an ordinary juan can do many things that can contribute to the national pride. simple things can boost the pride of an individual for his/her country. for example, giving dignity and value to his/her work. showing up on time in work and other activities can change the image and impression that filipinos do not value time of others. i think every little way we can do with dignity can be our contribution to national pride.

Being a Filipino, i manage to be the best in others race eye. DOnt wanna see them that i am a bad example by being truth to my words and by being decisive to work with honesty and integrity.
