Is it the same as the other laptop brand or it have a different pins? if a mac user having trouble with the processor inside their macbook, can they replace it with regular mobile processor or they have to buy it from apple?

Nope. Its a waste of time and effort. Just buy a brand new with the latest processor. If the Mac is already a 4 or more year old. If you bought any brand new Macs directly to Apple Store or any other stores which are authorized by Apple, Inc., and with factory defects (like processors) within 12 months or a year of use they can change to a whole new Mac. I think it is called warranty. And it can be extend the warranty via Apple Care. Every single individual Macs has a unique identifiers of codes or serial numbers, which can be seen or know online at With these serial numbers, can know any informations about the Mac. Like the year made, model of the Mac and also the warranty or other services which are still having.
