More over news paper have negative news like fraud, accident, rape, theft and so on. Today I read news in paper about efforts of a Collector to check gender decide by doctors. Collector of Kolhapur connect all the ultra sound machine with a server which is installed in his office.He gave it name Silent Observer. Now if doctor will decide gender of child he will be traced with recording. I think it is great job to save the girls child. What is opinion share these?
