Short cuts to weightloss ?

Over the past 3.5 years of my relationship, i've gained 30 POUNDS!! I feel that my partner is not attracted to me anymore.. I myself don't even feel attractive. Are there some kinds of short cuts to weightloss ? I really really REALLY hate exercising and dieting... Can someone help me? I want to look by the time i see my boyfriend again! I wanna be the yummy mummy i used to be :) lol

oh i had the same problem, i guess when we are in a relationship we get to neglect ourselves he he i guess you can start watching the food you eat... and well you can also start an exercise routine too. :D

i absolutely hate exercising .. it just feels like such a task :(

There is actually no short cut to weight loss, and don't think of drinking chemicals just to speed up the process of weightloss. You have to work it out so that you can have the reward after.

How to be a yummy mummy,first know that you are beautiful no matter what your size. If you want to develop healthier habits that would lead to weight loss, I suggest starting with what you eat. Try adding some fruits and veggies to your diet. Make sure you choose ones that you like. When you think of a fitness program you probably picture yourself working overtime, and gasping for breath. You know workout can be fun too. What do you enjoy doing that involves movement. Something as simple as walking around the mall is being active. How about swimming or riding a bike rather then driving. I personally like yoga, dancing, and life in general. So find something that keeps you happy and stick with it. Also some people work out almost everyday. I do it when I'm in the mood that way it doesn't feel like a task. Good luck on your journey

I want to gain weight ,hahhahha I do not know why ,I want to gain weight and I try to eat a lot such as coca and chocolate . But I failed ,I do not know why . Maybe I under so many stressess.. So , I think your life is too comportable ,and you can try a tough life . For example , pay more attention on your work and family , and go out with friends to look around , eat lee and do some exertises ...... Anyway , you should keep a healthy diet . And I do not think fat is not good , maybe you are not fat at all .
