I always 10 steps behind

Maybe it was my fate, or maybe I wasn't good at certain things, or I was plain lazy. With love, I always behind someone. Until I try to express my love, or want to speak it out, I discover that the girl I wanna be with already make her choice, and she is with someone, which is not me. That is one big regret. With passion, I found something I want to get myself into, for example, programming, I always procrastinate until the last minute, from day after day, I didn't do much to make it my dream come true. There were many other things, I deeply regret that I didn't do anything about it, and until now, I just regretting myself. Am I just 10 steps behind everyone?

how do you know that you are 10 steps behind anything? think. because you know in your mind that 11,12 and so on steps exists, but you are at the 10th so you neglect 11th,12th etc step. that means you should be proud that you are one step ahead than the 11th one and always try to decrease it and fulfill your aim.

Lets just say that you dont have enough motivation or drive. Or, it can also be that that is not the right time for you to be on top of the wheel.

a friend has any such moments.
Think positive not give up maybe you always back is much better and they can to prevent mistakes that even if their forwards can do.
I just think that it should be.
Mission positive thoughts that you are right and that it should be.
