You can always get the attention of a person you really like and love by starting to say Hi or Hello. There is nothing wrong of saying those words and that is just being nice to everyone.

Make her laugh. Most girls like humorous guys and if u are able to make her laugh or even friends around u to laugh, u will surely catch her attention. There's no point in trying to make yourself stand out, looking good since that's only temporary. Somehow or other, ability to make one laugh do score important points within a girl. Be witty and creative, while don't be too lame in your jokes or whatever u do, for that will backfired instead.
