For the last 3 days i suffered from fever. I am a prof reader and i'm working 12-14 hours a day graveyard shift. I just found out that in the 1st day of that 3 days of illness that i'm very weak. I can see the documents but its to blurry,I cannot work properly. My back is aching and I can feel that i'm catching my breath. i feel very stress right now. . . this is related to the 1st discussion that i made, i mentioned there that after 20 years i can't imagine my self being healthy. I know a lot of people is just like me. What can you say about this? How do you handle this sort of things? Lets just be realistic in this kind of situation, because all of us is getting old.

Hope you feel better real soon, and that it is nothing serious. Make sure you get caught up on your sleep.

Give yourself a time to relax. Have enough sleep and take vitamins. I think you are just too stressed that's why you get sick. I know you are a hardworking person. Remember health is wealth. I hope this helps!

Well, I thank you all for your brilliant advice. Considering the fact that we are getting old, you are all right in saying that we need rest. Coping up with stress is very important when you are in a Job that needs Thinking Skills. For now i can't withstand with my working condition, we have a deadline that is approaching. Even though my job is so tiring but still i want to work with it. We live for a reason of being happy, happy in all the things that we wanna do. But for now i think i can't rest, there are still so many documents that needs to be reviewed. Well i think after this deadline thing, i'm gonna spend my christian vacation without thinking of all this staff. Well i already finished my document for today. I'm going to rest now. everyone. Thank you again for this, very well said.

Welcome to Mylot Vice. I think you are down with a flu. This usually happens due to change of weather conditions and low resistance due to poor stress management. Always remember, Health is Wealth. I know you love your job but we dont want our health to demand pay back when we grow older.

welcome to mylot. 12 hours work per day is too much. If you have to work to make a living then give 10 minutes break every one hour at least. Tiredness after fever is routine and you may feel "why this for me?" "i may not be able to get over it"-- But once you take regular food after fever recedes you will be alright. do not worry. you will get back to routine. I have had such a feeling many times in my 61+ years life. good day.

Our religious leader said that upon reaching 25 years old, our body starts to deteriorate. In your case, VICEcaholic, you are helping your body deteriorate fast as you weaken your immune system. Try to catch up some sleep. If you are regularly employed, try to go home early and sleep early. If you are a freelancer, you may want to sleep the whole day in a noise-proof and dark room. Further, it is advisable that you eat nutritious foods and not be fond of junk foods and soda.

Aging is natural and feel all sorts of pains and aches when we get older. Sometimes the mere acceptance of coming to age is all that we need. Maybe all you need is a healthy diet, a regular healthy exercise will do..Stress is everywhere, coping with stress solves your stress problems.. Good luck!
