your opinion about our train servis(KAI)

what is your opinion about our train company service (KAI)?? especally for the people who lived in java island, who train is one of your favourite public transportation?? are you satisfied with their services or you always get many bad experiences as long as you use the train as your public transportation??

if you asked we are satisfied, iam saying iam not satisfied.. many of people never comfortable when must use train for moving to another city but sometimes we had no option beside train.. so what can we had to do?/

well..if we want to be satisfied, it`s difficult we get from this country many shortcomings in many ways in our country if we are talking about public transportation, many factors must be discussed very seriously.. security, comfortable factors are many complaint things from passengers..

i know we must be not satisfied.. but we do hope the services from KAI from year to year must be improved.. because this is public transportation and massal vehicle..

I rarely travel far. So rarely use the train. When I went to Surabaya, I use the train. I do not have any complaints, and I feel comfortable. I did not experience a bad thing, or not fun, when I use the train. In essence, I am very satisfied.

I said I was satisfied, and no one should I complain. During the trip there are no distractions I had to face. Everything is satisfactory. Ticket prices are also in accordance with what I got. I get to Surabaya on time. I also feel safe, while in the train. In essence, I am very satisfied. Because, my journey very smoothly.

what about the price??what about the security during your journey?? and what about the time when go from jogja and time when arrive at surabaya??as schedule or delay?

i live in solo, in central java, and it is located in the very central of java island. i think the train generally is in bad condition, not satisfying people who use it. even we have good train, like prameks, prambanan eksperss for solo-jogja-kutoarjo, but it is not daily, just 4 days aweek in service.

Train is one of my favorite public transportation. But nowadays it's difficult to get local train tickets. Let me tell you, every week I want to go back to my hometown in Blitar. It's not too far from Malang. I've seen the schedule is at 13.40 and I decided to get the tickets at 11.00. But unfortunately the tickets are already SOLD OUT so that I have to take the bus. From that time, I can't get train tickets from Malang to Blitar because they're sold out. I also don't have time to get train tickets before that hour, and the officers don't take reservations in tickets. That's why from now on, I have to deal with my motionsickness of taking a bus to my hometown :(

many bad experience with the train but yes, train is very popular vehicle.. so whats the solutions for getting a local tran tickets??

I wish I could order it online :p That's the best solution, I think. Or maybe I can order it by phone so that I can make reservation before I go home that day :(
