i feel helpless that we will be charged 35 us dollars if we withdraw money from paypal account to our chinese account. I have collected some money in my paypal account but i have never tried to withdraw it because we will be charged a lot, at least to me it is a lot. Once a belgium friend of mine helped me out with 100 usd and once i transferred another 100 to a friend whom i know on mylot here, but havent received money from him yet, not sure if i will or not. Why cant we like Americans who can withdraw money for free? Is it beause paypal is founded by Americans?

You sent me the private message today and I already replied to you. I really felt bad for you since in the past I was cheated online when I wanted to withdraw my money from my Alertpay account. I especially started a new discussion today for your case: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2607906.aspx?p=0 I really hope that it is just a misundersstanding and both of you can find a solution. As to the charge from Paypal, I also think it doesn't make a sense. It is just so much. If you can't open a bank account in Hong Kong. Perhaps you can try to transfer money from the website I told you in my reply to your private message. If you are afraid of being cheated, you can transfer little money at first. Or you can try to buy something online by your online earning.

i was lucky the first a friend from Belgium helped me out, but the second one, hmmm, it makes me sad, at least now i feel sad. I cant not go to Hong Kong like you did to open an account coz i am far from there. Maybe i will have to wait till i collect enough money to withdraw it to my local bank account. as far as i know, the minimum is 150$ if you want to withdraw money.

Hi, my friend. I am also Chinese. Paypal does treat Chinese unequally compared to people from other countries. I think you also earn some money from online, then get some money in paypal too. I also have been worrying about how to get the money out. Because it is expensive and there are some risks. One friend who live in Guangzhou said she opened a Hong Kong account, then it will be free to draw money from paypal to her account. I don't know where do you live, if it is convenient for you, you can choose to open an Hong Kong account. Secondly, as many people suggest, to ask for a check from paypal, which will cost much less. But so many people say that it has some problem to receive the check, if you don't receive it, then you have to ask for it twice, then your account will be deducted 20 dollars, well, i think it is a big amount. The other day, i open a moneybookers account, someone say it is much cheaper when you draw money out from it compared to paypal. But since i have not earned any money in the account, so i don't know the fact. I hope it will be fine. I also find other ways to spend money in the paypal. You can buy goods in the website of flowercn, which accepts paypal money.

thank you for your informative response. i have checked the website given by you in the above but its only limited to flowers and cakes, whats worse, they cant send such things to my city. What other websites do you know can be paid via paypal. I am far from Guangzhou so its impossible for me to go to Hong Kong to open an account, moreover, i am afraid its not easy to open an account there now.
