Logic behind BCCI player selection for any tour.

Hi Friends,
Hope you will be as amazed as me after the news about the BCCI team selection for Australia tour. In last few years there are so many such selection in Indian team, is it only me or everyone feels that there are other things required to be in Indian team apart from talent?

The selection committee purely works on contacts and not on merits. The chief selector gives opportunities to the youngsters of his zone only.
