Truth about sweat.

Wew!! Huff Huff! Look at all those sweat!! Look at all those Fat im getting rid off!! actually sweating more does not really mean your losing more calorie its just means that your body is literally hot, So your body's tries to cool it down. sweating is our body's Cooling mechanism that is the reason why we have so much sweat glands in our skin. sweating cause you minerals and specially water, but not necessarily calories!! you can even lose calories without sweating! whenever your body move we use calories even when your studying you lose a certain amount of calorie Hell! right now im losing some Cal just by Doing this Blog.. so what im trying to say is that sweating will not help you to efficiently lose calories nor fats, it will just help you be dehydrated.. so stay away from sweat shirts.. and sauna belts and that so expensive Jacuzzi and sweat rooms.. Yes!! athletes do this you say? they are doing this to lose weight in a hurry before their weigh in, but they are not trying to lose calories or fats.. they are just trying to cut down on their water weights.. cause sweating induce dehydration thus helping you lose weight for a short time, because our body is 75% water.. but this weight weight lose cannot be sustained for so long.. because its just water.. and your body will demand that water back to sustain itself.. Hey Thank you for informing me about this i always use to think that sweating loses calories, For that most of my friends told me to not to go to those expensive Air conditioned Gyms because you don't sweat there lol im happy now :D :D

sweating induce dehydration... what do you think happens when you workout hard and not sweat? your body needs calories when you workout.. thus losing calories... your body does not need to sweat because its not in heat.. remember sweating is our body's cooling mechanism...

hello, Is this true? I am not aware of it but thanks for sharing. If this is true maybe I can use it for dieting. ha ha Well, I just have a big tummy and I cant rid of it? I just want to take it off. So, maybe it is all about water because I love drinking water it makes me feel refresh. And you know doctor's said that we need to consume more than 8 glasses of water everyday. So? does athletes only consume 3 to 5 glasses a day?

yes this is true... preferably drink cold water.. cause our body needs to maintain its optimum body temperature, so by drinking cold water your body decrease its temperature and your body will try to get it in its optimum temperature again, by doing this your body needs calories, thus helping you to lose weight...
