Well Umesh, You'll have to tell me of the miraculous things you've achieved by believing in yourself. I believe in myself, yet I've achieved hardly anything in life. And then, you'll need to explain to me what you mean by indulging yourself to live life fully. Everytime I've tried to indulge myself, I've not only regretted it but I've had to suffer the consequences. It must be clear that I don't agree with what you say. If you wish you may try and convince me. If it's too much trouble, you can ignore this. If the aim is only to get a discussion going, you've got one going.

hey what i think is that whatever happens it happens for good only, either you accept it or not, your bad may be good for other and your good may be bad for other the problem lies here that we all are connected and god can make any one happy so its always good to indulge yourself kept yourself busy and god will become happy with you.. wait and watch every story has a good and happy endings...

Well, I agree one hundred percent that "whatever happens it happens for the good," as you say. This is a belief I've always had, and I still believe it even though I've experienced nothing but suffering in life. The only problem is in believing in myself. This has brought no significant results. That doesn't mean I don't believe in myself. I do, and I shall continue to believe in myself. But I don't think a belief in yourself produces any results, especially not material results. You talk of happy endings. What's the point of a happy ending when your whole life has been one of suffering? Again, it may be that the suffering is meant for the good. I don't deny it. Sometimes suffering takes you higher spiritually, as I believe it has taken me. But it is always a bitter-sweet reward. Ultimately we would all rather have happiness in this world. But for happiness, believing in yourself and indulging in yourself does not work. At least in my case it hasn't worked.
