well,gays,does anyone here find that tnglish is so hard to be speaked out?whay so many times those words are right on the tip of my tongue?and what the hell it is !who can give me some advise?

Hi friend, I think you mean English,but you type wrong, right?
If my understanding is correct, I suggest you find one close friend who can also speak english, and try to practice your english. Don't be shy! :)
