Trying to cope up with depression

If you have read my last discussion about my Bad Luck at http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2610909.aspx ... as of now i'm still feeling a little bit of depress about what happen to my new laptop... so to cope up with this insufferable depression i decided to drink a little alcohol to relax my mood and ofcourse while mylotting to share my experience and to find someone to talk to. i've always enjoyed commenting on some discussion here it makes me feel i've got lots of friends beside me who i can talk to about everything that goes under the sun.. How about you how can you cope up when times that you were depressed and down.. kindly share your views and opinion maybe i can do it too instead of drinking alcoholic beverages.. thanks for reading this discussion
