Drawing hands and different positions of the face?

anyone here who's really good at anime and manga drawing know how to draw hands and different positions of the body and face? like when the body is in profile or the face is looking up or down you know stuff like that?
if you do know then please tell me or shoot me a link or youtube references cause i suck so bad at hands and facial stuff!

I wouldn't give you a specific link for a tutorial, but if you really love drawing you could join www.deviantart.com where you could build your own gallery. Many artist from pro to beginners could be found there, you could also search for tutorials in their search engine. That site is really helpful and enjoyable, you really should join it. I've learned a lot from it.
