Eating fish is good for one's health

I have read in an article that eating fish is a lot better than eating pig meat or any other meat. Simply because fish have omega 3 in it that is a fatty acid that is good for the heart. Most people opt to eat pig meat than fish maybe because it is more palatable compared to fish.

Fish is really healthy as compared to eating pork. But most people prefers to eat meat because they find it more tastier and easy to cook.

Which on is easier to cook fish or meat.Normally a meat need to cook with a pressure cooker pan while a fish is naturally soft and so easier and faster to prepare

pork meat is a bit easier than beef. But fish has to be fried with oil sometimes. And it's really dangerous and hurts like h3ll if oil spatters on our hands/arms or worst face. I have a lot of those before and I find it really hard to fry a fish.

People tend to eat more meat because of it's availability and is more cheaper compared to fish. Especially for people who are not living near the sea area and is only surrounded by land, when the fish arrives at their area it would cost them double the original price.People from there opt to eat more on chicken and meat because it would save time and cost less. Especially processed foods they tend to easily grab them without knowing the harmful effects that would lead them in the future.

That is very interesting. Thank you for the information. In fact, I do prefer seafood to other meat. When I go to restaurants, most of the times I order seafood. I like the taste of seafood better.

Fish is very beneficial to once health. It helps our body function normally than the meat we get from pork. But some crustaceans can also worsen some problems of those who are sick with either arthritis because it would precipitate the disease. Most seafoods are good to prevent goiter.

Yes absolutely. I think our body needs the energy and all the nutrients from the food that we get and exercise to keep us fit, healthy and for good blood circulation. While we are still young we need to take good care pf our body have a good diet to prevent future diseases. In most cases people who don't watch their diet tends to have commonly have cardiovascular diseases.

We have the same situation, I too live near the sea and we could get fresh fish everyday. Sometimes it would tend to be expensive due to the weather or when there would be full moon because it would be hard to catch fish during full moon. I'm getting used to eat more fish that eating a bunch of meat that would get me trouble in the future.
