secondary amenorrhea is the absence of menstrual bleeding in a woman who had been menstruating but later stops menstruating for 3 or more months in the absence of pregnancy, birth control pills, lactation and menopause.. and yes..i had just experienced that one..i wasn't menstruating for 9 months..i didn't see any gynecologist for my problem because i'm afraid of them..i don't like taking medicines...but thank God, unexpectedly, i just had my first day of menstruation yesterday..although it was kinda messy because it suddenly came out in the middle of the day and i was attending my classes..but i handled it well.. since yesterday, i'm not feeling well..i'm experiencing mild dysmenorrhea right now..and i kinda feel pain in my spines..and i don't feel like eating..i don't have the appetite to eat..but i'd rather take the hassles of this menstruation, than to experience amenorrhea..because i kinda have a bad mood swings because of this..and today..i feel messy because of the blood, but i feel lighter than before because of it..
