Do You switch off all lights during night sleeping?

When I sleep at night, I always switch off all lights inside rooms. Do you all also do that or being switch on some lights or switch on zero watt lights. share your experiences.

No such thing as 0 watt light bulb... but you can try using candles instead. xD

Lol, I think it is dangerous to turn on the candles while we are sleeping. What if you hit and drop the candles subconsciously? Your house might get burnt @.@!!!

Yeah, it is easy for me to sleep when light are off. I like it to be dark when i am on the bed. But i have seen some people can sleep even under a flash light. :)

Most of the time, I turn of the lights off. Unless, if I am really tired and slept. We should not waste the electricity. Only use when we need it. Be efficient.
