Greetings everyone, I've read articles about this and decided to try it out myself, and after months of self experimentation i just found out that every time i drink coffee it triggers symptoms for my allergic rhinitis though some claim its actually the opposite, i don't know about them by in my case i think its one of those drinks that i should avoid. what are your thoughts about this anyway?

Yes, Coffee also affects my rhinitis. I seem to have an excess of mucous in my nose and throat following a cup of coffee and this is difficult to shift. The quality of my breathing and speech is affected and it generally feels very uncomfortable. I am currently trying to reduce my coffee intake and substituting with other drinks. Best wishes.
