Per the first responder's answer, I never knew you couldn't give recipes. So here's a not-a-recipe recipe - some general rules to remember when making meatloaf. 1: You need to bind it together. So think about using hamburger, ground turkey or chicken, lamb, or another meat that has a decent fat content. Think around 20% fat. Also, you will need some eggs - 1 egg per 1 pound of meat. Breadcrumbs are also great for not only helping to make the meat into a loaf, but also for adding a soft texture. For every 1 pound of meat you use, you should use around 3/4 cup to 1 cup of breadcrumbs. 2: You gotta season the meat! After you've thrown the meat, eggs and breadcrumbs into a mixing bowl, think about how you want it to taste. Are you a 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions person? How about a 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and some other odds and ends like chili powder and maybe some cumin? You will need to season it all up well. 3: You have to think about how you will cook it. You shouldn't overmix your ingredients. Just mix them until they come together. Then make sure you have a greased loaf pan and think about baking it at around 400 degrees for about an hour. Putting some type of tomato-based product on top will give it a nice crust. This isn't a recipe. It just tells you what you'll need to do to make a great meatloaf.

Hi Karasu and welcome to mylot! We cannot give you recipes here as it´s against the rules of the site. Do read the rules and guidelines so as to have more fun here and earn more. As for meatloaf, a good idea is to check recipes online. There are several good sites online that will help. Everyone has a special ingredient for their meatloaf. I like to mix the meat with fried diced onions and couscous.
