Fast2earn Program Legit/Scam?

Do you know fast2earn progam?? fast2earn program is one of make money online, how it works is, we do jobs that exist and only install banner alone, every unique vistor who come to our banner we will be pay, is fast2earn program legit/scam?? because i still doubt it, maybe anyone who can help me.

i have a friend from facebook.he told me that he already receive the payment from the site on his paypal account..He told me that its legit.But i still don't know if his saying the truth.

i have found many proof payment from this program, but not suitable with on the website, on the website fast2earn min payment is $100, but many proof payment show is min pay is $2.

I just joined this site,but I doubt it too. I search for more information,someone think it's a site to cheat traffic only to sell later. Maybe they pay small money just for getting trust.

Hello. Thank you for the information. This program is new to me. This is the first time I hear about it. Of course, there are many programs coming up online all the time. One has to check all the fine lines first befor going ahead and making any commitments to them.
