I see some people ask other to be their referral and paid parts of earning back

For example a Bux site. Each referral click = 0.01. The leader ask people to join under them. When he get pay, he will send 0.007 per click back to their referral in paypal. Is that a kind of cheating? or it is legal? Thank you!

yes friend i also look this kinds of deals for referrals and i think these are legal with these both the persons got equally profit and they have chance to earn more money great idea.

I have see tons of such offer in EMS many member prefer this way also as we get a some cash for our upline too as along as you can trust your upline there is nothing bad. also this method helps in getting active referrals

I don't think its cheating and consider it to be legal. I actually had site dedicated just for that purpose. I put my referral links on my site and let others join under me and paid 50% of what I earned from them. But as the bux sites are not stable I just quit the whole idea and now concentrating things which can make my life easier in the long run.

no, it's can be referral cash back program. you must be right. you will get many direct active referral for that.

I called this strategy to make sure his referral remain active (make money for him). There is no rule for this. As long trust appear between them (leader - referral), why not ....
