how to give screenshot payment proof in any ptc sites.

i am getting message from infinity bux,to give screenshot payment proof ,for the payment i have received in july of this year. i dont know about screenshot .pls tell about it,as i cant click ads from yesterday. i cant open ads from yesterday,and they are telling giving screenshot payment proof is compulsory for me for clicking ads daily also,and for my second payment also. now where can i see my acount details of my first payment ?
can i give my payment proof which they send me in mail? should i have to take photo of payment which they have given in mail?pls tell how to give screenshot payment proof in any ptc sites.

Just check for the Prt Sc Sys Rq button on your key board . Press it on the screen item you want to take a screen shot . Paste it in your word and then use it by copying and pasting where you need . You may crop the image as per necessity . Hope this helps you .

You can also paste it on your drawing program which I think exist in every operating system in the computer. than you can add it and strike out what you don't want people to see, like your email and so.
