I suggest, to legitimately increase your subscribers, you should target a certain interest that is quite popular. Instead of just making random video's be someone who create videos that targets a certain genre that has many people interested. Of course there are peer to peer ideas online but that isn't really a legitimate way of gaining subscribers. The best way is to target a certain interest and make videos on that topic. I highly suggest video games or compilation videos or perhaps comedy (but be unique), people tend to enjoy those.
