Smoking is a habit. To be able to quit it needs your determination. Don't find excuses for smoking like "...brain stops thinking" because it is not the truth. If you do really feel like that, it is because your body has been conditioned to act that way. Isn't that frightening to know that you can't think without smoking? Just think of what smoking could do more damages to your body if you keep it on. It could be your lung, it could be your throat, and finally it could be your life. Since smoking is a habit, it can be eliminated by JUST NOT DOING IT. The so called "Cold Turkey" treatment. When you have not doing it for sometime, it is no longer a habit. Then you can have your own health and body back. You are your own master again.

If you include the working hours, the maximum hours I have spend in front of a computer is 40hours. There was an important project that we have to deliver and was working around the clock non-stop. In fact, we spent the night in the office hammering away at the keyboard.

I think the longest time I have spent online is 6-7 hours. Times flies so fast when you are doing online works. It is nice that we do enjoy our work online, or else it would have been terrible to endure such long hours. But again, we would not spend so much time online if we don't like it.

Funnily enough, while there are many days where I am on the Internet for most of the day, it is rarely most of the day straight. I think that there are times where I just have to get up and walk around, for the sake of my own sanity, to say the very least. I think that there were times where it might have been about three hours straight through without break but that's kind of being generous. There was one time where I went a few days without sleep when I had to finish off a school project. Something that I will never be doing again. It did wonders in screwing up my sleep schedule for about the next month straight, where I was rattled, where it was rather hard for me to get focused. Still that is the most horrible record that stands out in my mind. Three days, no sleep, not even a cat nap. I doubt I could ever do that again, nor do I want to.
