I wonder how Queen Elizabeth spends Christmas....

Almost certainly she goes to church either Xmas Eve or Xmas Day. I am certain that there is a family get together and meal with an exchange of gifts. You know that The Queen does not slave over the stove or worry about cleaning up. I believe that she may address the nation (her nation). I do not recall if it is around Xmas or another day but I think that it is coming. Boxing Day is the day that the servants of the wealthy and powerful celebrate Xmas. I wonder what The Queen gives her servants as gifts. I do not think that she and Philip wait on the servants on Boxing Day. i have seen The Queen smile. it is usually around weddings of her children and grandchildren. She seemed radiant when Kathryn and William got married. We have some English mylotters. Maybe they will respond to your discussion. Let us keep our eye on The Queen's activities beginning with the 24th.

Queens!!! Queens!!! Queens!!! Its a great question! What does a queen does in spending Christmas... Is she busy or she's only lying in bed taking a rest... Is she out for a vacation or is she still in giving gifts to her less fortunate country men's. I wonder now, what will I do if I were Queen Elizabeth? I will spend Christmas with the kids of my country.... I will be their Mommy Santa...

I don't have a clue as to how she spends Christmas. I'd be interested to know how she spends Christmas, and what some of her traditions are.

I admire her regal stance and the royal baring. Being able to go for hours with a straight face is not easily done. I will wager that she does celebrate the holidays in her own way and can smile very nicely. She is quite a lady and I was named after her. My middle name.
