you get generally 1 cent per legitimate post you make to any conversations, and 1 cent for anyone who posts to your discussion, but, do not think that you can copy & paste the same answer to each discussion because if you do this you will be reprimanded or if you post discussions for simple yes or no answers you will lose money you have earned this way, i have learnt the latter the hard way (back about 3 or 4 weeks ago when i was still a newbie. Answer all questions honestly and ask all questions with interest and you should earn, depending on these figures you should be able to work out your own earnings hopefully, ( oh, by the way you also get 3 cents for each different picture you upload).
