Even in small things, we should be thankful

Now a days, with what is happening all over the place, we should really be thankful for every small blessings that we received from God. As we will never know what will happen to our life tomorrow. Just like what is happening to one of the places here in our country. Due to the typhoon "Sendong", a lot of lives were killed. Not only that, houses and bridges were also destroyed due to typhoon.
Even they are in the middle of the typhoon situation, they are still thankful even their houses were already destroyed, Hence, what is more important according to them, is, their lives. Aside from that, they are promoting to everyone that, we should give thanks even in small things that we received from God. Thus, even in small things, we should always be thankful.

Hi Airasheila,
No matter how small or big it is, I am always thankful that God continues to bless me everyday. Every morning, He renews my breathing contract so, I can do the mission that He entrusted me to do. And whatever challenges I have in life, I always offer it to him and ask for His loving guidance so whatever actions and decisions I will make is for His greater glory.

Hi friend, you are right, we must be always thankful to the God for our belongings, we don't know what will happen in the next second, as we are living an unpredictable life, always have faith with the superior power and follow his guidance

I couldn't agree more. When I think of what those poor people are going through it makes me realize just how fortunate I am to have a roof over my head, clothes on my back, & food on my table. More importantly I have my family. My heart goes out to all those people who have lost their family members & their homes. I will continue to keep them in my prayers.

I totally agree with you. We must learn to appreciate those small things. We must always be reminded that all big things begins with smaller ones. That was a very tragic event that happened in relation with typhoon Sendong. I am thankful that we are not affected here in our residence in Philippines. I am very sad for my fellow Filipinos who were so much affected by it. I do hope this incident will not happen again. We must truly appreciate the beauty of life from now on. We must not complain about our status in life. We must learn to accept it and do our best to improve it.

you are right..we should have self realization that everything has its end and every moment of our life should be cherish and spend it more with families.Be more thankful that we are still here alive and struggling more.
