The chicken we eat have estrogen

Frog legs tastes like chicken, Yeah I know many people find them gross but I will rather eat them than chicken now. Most Chicken in the market were injected with Female hormones, You know what happen to men when they have lots of estrogen on their body, They grow breast.
Estrogen can cos or Men to lose Fatigue, and gives them higher risk to have diabetes and cancer. I dont know what is Estrogen's effect in women since women already have them but I dont want estrogen in my body. those large meat corporations inject female hormones to chicken to make them fatter and tender. 
Tuna tasted a bit like chicken, so I might dump chicken for Tuna too.
Unless I will raise organic chickens on my own,I wont buy any chicken in the market now. I may also dump chicken eggs for duck eggs.

UNless we grow our own food, we can never be too sure what additives are foods will have. We can be as safe and cautious with our eating habits as we can be, but the uncertainty of what comes with our foods will always be there unless we are in control of it ourselves.1 person likes this

the advantage of having your own backyard, aside from having a vegetable garden, you can have free range organic chickens too.

Yup. This is true. It's not advisable to eat chickens in excess. Its not actually advisable to eat ANYTHING in excess.
