I think I'm in love with my co-staff!

Hello mylotter!
I've been a trainee at a certain hospital for almost 1 month. The days were so busy for me since I'm assigned at the emergency room. I thought my mind would just focus on my patients and my work but then suddenly I discover something which brightens my days there in the Emergency Room. I have a co-staff and we are sometimes on the same time of duty. But my duty day with him brought a feeling of happiness and excitement whenever I see him. I don't let my feelings become so obvious that he might notice. I'm afraid of that because I'm afraid our friendship will be affected.
We become so close. He was my seatmate when we undergone training on Intravenous Fluid Insertion and he was also my seatmate when I took the entrance exam to work for that hospital. What a coincidence that he was also my co-staff there1 Goshhh!We really enjoy our duty whenever he and I would be at the same shift(time and date of duty). But when I look at this week's schedule of mine, we are no longer on the same shift. I am not able to see him...oouchhh....I miss him. I don't know why. Am I falling in love with him? What do you think guys? oh my....

Yep.. I think you definitely have a crush on him. Try n look out for some clues on him.. Maybe he has the same feeling as u too!! All the best.

Greninee, you might have cruch on him or he migt be just the perfect friend for you and because of this you might miss him
answer to yourself one question... do you want to kiss him and make love with him???? if the answer is yes, then for sure you´re falling in love with him, and you might observe him for a while how he is doing when you're next to him, then you might know if he feels the same about you ;)

More than falling inlove, I think you are being infatuated. It is most common when we enjoy the company of the person we are with. It is such a pain sometimes because we feel terrible when the person is not around. It is as if we feel incomplete! Haay, I had those feelings before. I think I still do (have that feeling) for a certain someone.
Anyway, hope you get to be on the same shift again and I hope that your feelings will clear out before you actually fall the hard way!

As I read the meaning of infatuation in the encarta, it also means in love or passion. But I heard others that love is different from infatuaton. Would you explain a little more about love and infatuation my friend? Oh...I always assume that in love, there is really a hard way.hehe.

Hi Greninee, sorry if I took so long to comment back. Anyway, I may not be the best person to answer this. Haha, sorry dear, I am also clueless about love and infatuation things. I experience the same thing that you do right now. I mean, there is a certain person that I like/love/want. I don't know how to define it. This feelings has been going on for 2 years now. Am I not pathetic.

You will know the real score that your and his shift is not the same.
If the feeling of being missed/missing him will become more intense, then probably you are in love with him.

You know friend, right now, it's as if my heart will cry...I think I've been left alone after I've seen our schedule. I wish he feels the same. If not,I'm contented that we will be together in the same duty always...as long as we're happy,I think I couldn't ask for more. I just want to be wit him...all my worries and fears fades whenever he smile at me and said, "okey, let's do this procedure together"...Wahhhhh! I can't forget that moment when we performed suturing in the wound.

Maybe it is! Just enjoy the feeling... take your time to realize things and I just wished that the feeling is mutual too.
It's really great to be inloved and of course, be loved too.
And if the feeling will not meant to be, well that's life. And it's another great learnings and experience to compile.

Maybe you have, and because of the different shift this will be the best time to know your really feelings for him. If its true or just being to close to him that you may thought you have a feelings for him. Your absence may also a way to know what his true feelings for you. He might have a longing for you as well.

If I was you, I would show my feeling to him as long as good opportunity occurs(moreover, he must be still single, it's not acceptable to break a complete family). You'd better pluck up your courage to do what you want, unless, you will lose him you love most. If sometime I find a same post he you love released , I will also stick the above contents to him.
