...it's the time of the year again

Apparently, New Year celebrations are getting a soft start. Today, policemen guns are taped, signature or anything that prevent police from firing their guns. A poor kid died and his father is in critical condition because of an explosion and hospitals are getting ready before the annual celebration (or is carnage, a more appropriate term?) in the ending of this year and the beginning of the next. My only resolution is only on New Years Day - no fireworks. I need my ten fingers and my whole body to do my work. I hope that all mylotters will also have a blessed year ahead. For my country, may we all grow strong and united. I hope that more people will be averse to fireworks, not because they experienced pain of losing a finger or two (worst, a life of a loved one) by also by taking precautions and learning from the victims. My mother will prepare the annual 12 fruits, the salt, the rice and the sticky things. Also, the polka dot clothes and the coins in our pockets . I'm not sure why certain fruits are lucky and why others are not, though. Anyway, happy mylotting.
