The secret kale salad recipe

I recently went to a holiday party and the host made this amazing kale salad that was the star of all the foods. I eat pretty healthy and ate alot of kale salads but this salad taste so good. So I ask the host for the recipe and she gave it to me but it was not the real recipe. The ingredients that she gave me I did not taste it in the salad. I don't think she want to give up the recipe because everyone says she bring the kale salad to all the events and everyone raves about it. So I am going to create my own tasty kale salad and call it my own.
