it is part of the job, no matter what hate i have with my office mate before, i still show him/her hospitality,
but with regards to customer, those customer that always complain a lot without any valid reason, i sometimes debate defensively, that i am just following instructions or whatever.

Each of us do not like someone, there must be a reason. If I do not like, I do not care about any of my office mate did. The important thing for me, I can do all the work well. If we have to work together, I will separate the issues, and work well together.

It is very difficult, working together with people we dislike. But, we must be professional. If you do not override your heartache, you will not be able to work well. Do you want to, get out of your job? If not, you do not let hurt controlling you. You must be patient. If spoken by your office mate, behind you is wrong, you do not have to hurt. Other people can judge who is right, and who is wrong. People who slander, will have its own punishment. And your sins, will be taken, by your office mate.

Hi adhyz; It's not a really pleasant situation to don't feel well with your working mate so I think that in these cases you just need to make things professional, just talking to these person for personal reasons and being polite. The fact that you don't like that person doesn't mean that you have to be always fighting or to let you feel affected

hi,
there were times that i experienced that,but of course i love my work so i endured and ignore that person even i really dont like her,yeah she really ruined my days everytime i saw her passing thru may path way,so to ignore her i just dont see or even to attempt to look at her.

Hi friend, if i hate my office mate, i just keep distance from him/her and try my maximum to avoid seeing him, i don't lose my working spirit while seeing them. Always i will do my work with the same tempo and this kind of hatred never change my job conscious activities

Since both of u are working together in the same office, u have no choice but to try working well with them. Imagine the amount of time both of u are seeing in the office, isn't it better to be friends than foes? Try understanding each other better, open up about the dislikes between the both of u, and that will break the barrier. Once u have a colleague, it makes your time in office more enjoyable and also makes time pass faster too.
