SInce the show is going off air in a few weeks..why don't they go out with a bang...
A FAMILY wedding!
Clint and Vicki
Natalie and John
Jessica and Ford
Rex and Gigi
And even toss in there Matthew and Destiny
Be a first for a soap and a great way to end the 40+ year saga of Llanview!

Well that would be fun, but it would start as a huge party something would go wrong and the sets would come crashing down, they would then have to move and that would explain the show ending as everyone said their goodbyes as they all moved on. I haven't watched OLTL in a while and since the show was cancelled I assumed they were going to give closure to all the stories, well as best as they could, there are a lot of stories and little time. Something like ATWT and Guiding Light, love or hate what they chose for the ending it was a closure of sorts. It is a pity the internet deal didn't go through, the character I always thought needed a show was Roxy, she could have a mini talk show in which she would comment on just about everything. Oh well, what ever happens I hope at least it is memorable.

It is very rare that these shows are given adequate never mind good sendoff's. The problem is that they have so much history, so many characters and so many stories going on at the same time, to give them any sort of ending is difficult, and worse still they were expecting the show to continue online. I really am expecting that they will have a huge cliffhanger which would be very annoying.
I hope that the give at least some sort of ending though.

Today they are having a OLTL marathon...episodes from the past! All day! They are fun to watch, I am recording them to watch later as I can't sit in front of the tv for the next 8 hours! But I watched 2...one was 1997 when Cord and Max lost Tina in the jungle thing...and the other one was my favorite storyline...when Clint gets tossed back to cowboy days in a time travel story and almost marries Vickis pioneer twin! It was fun and relaxing to watch them! Boy, those guys had heads of hair back then!!! But this is a wonderful send-off for the show. I think the 16th is the final air date.

Last I saw him, he was at St. Anne's..the mental hospital where he went after his war issues made him go nuts and where he and Jessica met. I saw the one where Shane took him a drawing he'd done...and then the one where he asked Natalie to visit him and he told her goodbye, so guess that is where he still is.

I did to. And thought it was horrible what they did to that poor guy...he lost Shane, then lost Ryder, then lost Liam. Poor guy...how much is he supposed to take before he looses it! And no one seems to care!!!

Matthew and Destiny are too young but Clint and Vicki should be the next couple to marry! I am coming in at the end. I wonder how it is going to wrap up.

Matthew and Destiny prob won't. He's off with David now. Not very interesting at the moment! Gigi and Rex got married today and the ceremony was preformed by Delfina!!! And of course, the total city black out...and everyone "seeing" something and screaming...and of course they don't show us...but a break out at the prison is what caused the black out and so Starr probably sees Cole, Natalie probably sees Mitch Lawrence and Nora probably see Troy...all escaped from prison!

It was prettier than the first one. Cole is Marty Saybrooks son who was with Starr and Hope's father. Mitch is satan's demon of the show that gets killed and continues to come back to life, and Troy was the physco that Nora married...brother to the man she was married to prior.

I'm pretty sure they will have Rex and Gigi get married; just guessing since I haven't seen any spoilers. Since they had pretty much wrapped the show before the Internet deal fell apart, they may not have the other weddings you want but who knows. I really wanted Kim and Clint to end up together but that was highly unlikely given the history of the show. It does look like there may be fewer lose ends than there could have been given that they were caught by the show not continuing on the Internet. I still want that Todd did not kill Victor but that his mother did(or had it done) and planted the memory in his mind when they were in jail together. Also, I want Todd to go all scary on Rick and stop him from doing what he is doing to Star.

I wanted Clint and Kim together when they got together. But now that the show is ending...Clint and Vicki reuniting is the only way they can go for the sake of the show ending its 40 plus year life.
I don't think Todd did it either..he was brain washed by Irene. I think she did it or that black guy that worked for her..maybe she had him do it. I forget his name. But John and them found him and he helped them get to Irene. For Victor to have said "What do you want?" when he opened the door, it has to be someone he is not surprised to have seen. His mother did just get out of jail...
I don't really care as they have been dragging it out for so long. Plus, the show is ending...so no big deal who did it anymore!
ANd they could forget the Buchannan weddings.. and havea FORD threesome...all three brothers marry the girl they are with. I wouldn't care anything about that either as I stopped watching it when they went all teenage on us!
