Problem with TELCOS...

My calls can't be connected, failed text messages and yesterday no signal from the network. I hated it when this happens, long hours of waiting when my call could be connected or when my text messages forwarded. I guess this always happens during the holiday season. Since this is always happening every year, isn't it time that these telephone companies have found ways to solve this problems.As a loyal subscriber, we deserved good services. We knew that during this time of year, communications is very important and text messages the least expensive is most preferable to use.So the volume increases causing congestion that may result to difficulty in transmission due to traffic. Since these companies are earning huge profits from us subscribers, they could have at least make good of their services. What is your opinion my fellow mylotters?
