Worst New Year of my life

Yesterday was the worst New Year's day since I was born. In the afternoon, my new car (bought for only 2 months) crash with a motorbike. Even I'm not injured, but I felt really regretful and depressed since the car is new and I need to provide more money for repair. And then I saw a huge accident, which happened only 200m from my house. The accident between an MPV and a trailer, which saw 7 guys dead. It's really pitiful since the guy was really young (between 15 to 22 age). It's really a shame to see the incident. And in the evening, my love MUFC lost Blackburn. Oh my Gosh.
What about you guys? Any bad or good incident happened?

Hi skyxie, Really sorry to hear of your misfortune and completely understand your feelings. Pleased that you were uninjured and also the motorcycle rider? The second part of your posting is the real point however. No matter how bad things may seem to us at the time there is always someone who is worse off than us. My own New Years Day was exciting as I discovered mylot!

It really is bad welcoming the new year with an accident like yours. But it would be more worse when you also incurred an injury along with the car accident. It is understandable that you feel down at the moment but hopefully you'll not dwell on that feeling for a long time. What you need to do is to look at the positive side which I think God has already shown you with the other accident you saw. We have ups and downs but surely, the good sides clearly outweighs the bad ones. If it comforts you, you have a car and I don't have. LOL. Never had an accident lately and I pray that it never happens to me and my family. Cheer up :)
