I want to ask, if you will not say anything or you will ask your boss when salary will be given. I saw and concluded that my boss likes to delay in financial matters, he often put off making bill payments, salary and monthly bonuses. I do not know for sure what his reason for not doing her job, but it is certain employees often complain of the delay of salary and bonuses that become vested. How to deal with lazy boss? Maybe your suggestion will be very useful for me, thanks.

I would not like working for a boss that is slow to meet payment demands. They certainly wouldn't tolerate a delay in the assignments that they give us so I wouldn't expect a delay in my payment either. If it were me and it had been several occasions that this had happened on, I might start a record of delays. The boss always has a boss and these acts of delays are not professional in my opinion. I would record the day the payments were due and the days that I received them. I would also write a very professional email requesting information and time that you could expect your payments. If there was controversy about the issue, I would then set up a meeting with higher management and present my documentation. If things are presented professionally, there is no reason why you should not be taken seriously and even held in a different light by your officials. Take care and good luck in this matter.
