I like cars. I like the big established brands like BMW, MERCEDES, AUDI, FORD, TOYOTA, ROVER, NISSAN, PEUGEOT,etc. Recently, I started admiring Maybach and Rolls Royce. I like fast cars, 4x4, sedans etc. Kia Sportage, BMW X6, Audi Q series, Merc ML.., the list seems endless. But there is something about cars that I do not follow; it has to do with the electronics, gear, etc and the way the manufacturers are using it to confuse the buyers. We have steptronic, itronic, GS, GTI, ST, SLX, GLX, all wheel, front wheel, automatic, tiptronic, etc. some argue that the control and performance of the car is better in one form or the other but the manufacturers soon discover the flaws and introduce another configuration. To me, I need a car and when I need a flight, I go to the airport and book one. Roads were not meant for flying or does all these auto jargons make sense to you? Do they attract you somehow? When you bought your car did these stories influence your decision? Talk to me.
